Returns & Exchange Policy

At Beyond Ethnic, we are committed to quality. To ensure a fair experience for everyone, please read our updated guidelines below.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item is damaged or there is a product issue, we offer a Free Return/Replacement.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim, you must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the courier seal. This is required to verify the condition of the parcel.

  • 48-Hour Window: You must contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Size Exchanges & "One-Time" Limit

If you have selected the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for you.

  • Single Exchange Policy: We offer only one exchange per order. Once an item has been exchanged once, it is no longer eligible for further returns or exchanges.

  • Courier Charges: A shipping fee of 200 will be charged to the customer for size-related exchanges.

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

3. Store Credit

We do not provide cash refunds. For all approved returns:

  • The amount will be credited to your account as Store Credit.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 365 days (one year) from the date of issue.

4. Shipping & Non-Serviceable Areas

  • Reverse Pickup: We will attempt to arrange a pickup for you.

  • Self-Shipment: If our courier partners do not service your pin code, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us via a local courier. Please share the tracking receipt with us immediately.
