1. Refunds for Damaged Items

Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Unboxing Video Required: To qualify for a refund, you must provide a continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time and clearly highlighting the damage.

  • Timeline: Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your video attached.

  • Note: Without a clear unboxing video, we may be unable to process a full refund.

2. Standard Returns & Store Credit

For all other eligible returns not related to damage, we offer Store Credit instead of a cash refund.

  • Validity: Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue.

  • Once processed, your credit will be sent via [Email/Account Credit] to use on any future purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Record your unboxing: Always film yourself opening your package.

  3. Ship it back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
